Oenops Wines

Oenops Wines is located in Prosotsani, Drama, surrounded by the impressive Falakro and Menikio mountains, with panoramic views of Mount Pangaion—a landscape deeply connected to the history of Greek winemaking.

Founded in 2015 by visionary winemaker Nikos Karatzas, it is one of the most innovative wineries in Greece. It produces elegant, contemporary wines from indigenous grape varieties, following a low-intervention philosophy, with winemaking in amphorae, concrete tanks and old oak barrels.
