Chariskos Distillery

For Dimitris Chariskos, a dream came true when he had the opportunity to establish his own distillery in the idyllic valley of the Xeropotamos River.

Committed to exceptional quality, he initially invested in the most advanced, innovative, and environmentally friendly distillation equipment available on both the Greek and European markets. His next step was to source outstanding raw materials from every corner of Greece, carefully selecting only the finest. Combining these ingredients with his many years of experience, passion, and vision, he embarked on a journey to create unique spirits. His goal was to achieve purity of character and eliminate any unwanted notes that could alter the authentic flavour and aroma. By experimenting with different distillation and processing techniques, he successfully blended tradition with innovation in every product.

The names of the spirits are inspired by the local area, and production is carried out in small batches to ensure personal attention and consistently high-quality standards.

Enjoy the journey!
